Hello and welcome to HealthierlifeMD. I am Dr.  Bob Moini, an internal medicine physician and  practicing primary care doctor in Cleveland Ohio.  

I transformed my own unhealthy habits into a sustainable, enjoyable healthy lifestyle about 10 years ago. At age 43 I feel the most energetic, athletic and healthiest I have ever been.  A busy father, physician and recreational triathlete  I have a deep appreciation for the busy professionals who struggle to maintain or start  healthy habits. 

As a primary care doctor I  have  also  seen too many patients who are frustrated with their weight and unhealthy habits. Most have tried and spent a lot of money and effort on various diet plans or supplements  without any long term results. I have helped many transform their life by learning the basic science of healthy living and implementing realistic changes. No pills, no supplements, no strict rules. Just healthy living in moderation. Having witnessed the  success with my patients,  I created HealthierlifeMD to help  those beyond the scope of my medical practice.
