Although some people think of exercising as a regimented activity, it can also involve sports that you enjoy playing. So, go to your garage and grab those old basketballs, baseballs, a tennis racquet or any other sports equipment that you used to use and give it a go. You can spend your busy work days with your regimented runs, bikes, walks or strength training for time efficiency, but leave the weekends or your days off for more fun and entertaining activities. As long as you get in a good sweat for at least 30 minutes, you have accomplished your daily exercise goal.
